"Have you done...before?": la experiencia
El present perfect ("have" + participio) pregunta por la experiencia sin decir cuándo: "Have you done any front-of-house work before?". Se responde "Yes, I have" o se da el detalle.
Have you worked in a restaurant before? / Yes, I have.
Present perfect o pasado simple
Si el período terminó y decís cuánto duró, usás pasado simple: "I worked in hospitality back home for [X] years". El present perfect se usa para la experiencia en general, sin fecha: "I've worked in hospitality".
I worked in Buenos Aires for four years. / I've worked in busy venues.
Adjetivo + preposición o "to"
"I'm familiar with" va con -ing o un sustantivo ("familiar with taking orders"). "I'm happy to" va con verbo base ("happy to learn"). Los adjetivos eligen su preposición, así que conviene aprenderlos juntos.
I'm familiar with the POS. / I'm happy to learn. / I'm comfortable with food service.
"Is there a minimum number of...?"
"A number of" + plural cuenta una cantidad: "a minimum number of shifts". Con "Is there...?" preguntás si existe un mínimo.
Is there a minimum number of hours? / Is there a trial period?
