"Heaps" = mucho / un montón. "We've got heaps of bookings tonight" = "Esta noche tenemos un montón de reservas". Como Duty Manager lo vas a usar en el briefing: "There's heaps on tonight, so stay sharp." Y para agradecer: "Thanks heaps for staying back" = "Muchas gracias por quedarte". También como intensificador: "heaps good" = muy bueno.
